Your user ID and the provided link will allow you to fill out this form at your leisure, automatically saving all additions and edits until you are ready to Submit. In other words you can fill this out over time, over several sessions without having to save or logout. If you make a change the system automatically saves the change. You can navigate away from or close out without saving and return at any point in time by clicking on the link in your email and continue where you left off.
When you receive the ID email, click on the link enclosed and it will to take you back to this Registration Form entry page here on the Grow To Learn NYC website. Enter your email again in the text field on the entry page and your saved unique ID form will be retrieved. You can then modify, update and delete entries as many times as you want.
Please Note: you can only Submit the Complete Registration Form once, so review thoroughly before hitting the Submit button at the bottom of the form.
